• 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, Accomodations for up to 9 guests
• Fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens
• Air conditioning, TV, DVD, Stereo
• Leasing Agent availability 7 days per week
• 24 hour emergency service
• Daily maid service (except Sunday)
• On-site security and caretaking
• Total landscape and pool maintenance

Vacation Rental seasons in Tamarindo:

• High season is from December 1st through April 30th
• Low season includes the rest of the calendar
• Rental rates for Christmas, New Years and Easter Weeks are provided upon request

Rental Policies:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservations
• The balance is due and non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival
• RPM welcomes Visa and Mastercard
• Security and Telephone Deposit: A credit card number with a $500 available credit line (not charged unless required)

Please Note:
Our wonderful "infinity" pool is not fenced. For your safety, guests with toddlers are not encouraged.
